Hey everyone! As we all know Crohn's Disease is very fickle, and the one of many things that doesn't go away is fatigue. I have been very fatigued, but just ignored it and got in the pool to cool off and lounged pool side.
As you guys know, I become dehydrated very easy. I can't seem to get hydrated. I run my fluids as I am supposed to every night and even added one day of fluids.
I have extremely nauseated and vomiting. And as we all know, that is no fun. I am on day 2 of this. I am wondering if I am in a flare. I missed my GI appointment by accident. As it was on both ends.
I have an appointment with my surgeon in 2 weeks so I am just going to ride it out. in the mean time, I have been trying to at least rife my bike or hop on the treadmill.
That in itself can be a task. I am so sick of being sick, but that is just part of my life that I have to accept.
